The GOLD System: Meetings

Keeping track of a list of meetings can be a daunting task. The Meetings module keeps tabs on all of the general information that pertains to the meeting.

From the basics, such as name, dates, and location - to details such, as hotel inventory, registration set up, tasks and contact lists, the Meetings module gives the planner the tools to store information about the meeting and use it to improve communication within a workgroup.

Hotel Inventory

Gold has detailed hotel inventory management capabilities. The hotel inventory database is updated as hotel reservations are made in the Registration module.

Task Management

Create, assign and track meeting tasks. Run daily tickler lists by planner or meeting. Never miss a cutoff date again.

Communicate where, when and how many rooms you will need from RFP.
  • Registration Setup
Because every meeting is not the same, registration can be customized for each meeting. The manager of a meeting configures the rules to be applied in the registration module. Define group and attendee types to be used. Set up fees, gifts and other details to be managed for the meeting.
  • Questions and Answers
In case we have not thought of every field you may ever need, you can add your own registration fields with drop down lists for potential answers.
  • Contact List
A custom contact list for each meeting draws information from the People database.
